Rock Hill, South Carolina's PLAIR plays Rhythm and blues, jazz, even a little Beach Music. The band's namesake, B.S. Plair taught music in area schools. During his 30 year teaching career, he started bands in Great Falls, Fort Mill, and Chester. Mr. Plair retired eleven years ago, but his proteges are still performing. He is the father of two of the members and the band's manager as well.
